Dr Neil Allen MBBS, FRACS
Dr Neil Allen received his medical degree from the University of Queensland. He completed residency at the Royal Brisbane Hospital, and trained in general surgery in Brisbane and Townsville. He commenced advanced training in plastic and reconstructive surgery in Brisbane, and then spent a further two years in Melbourne undertaking further study with particular emphasis on reconstruction, cosmetic and hand surgery. Having obtained the FRACS, Dr Allen returned to Queensland. He is a visiting specialist at Greenslopes Private Hospital and also has specialist appointments at the Mater Adults and Ipswich General Hospitals.


Dr Hugh Bartholomeusz RFD, MBBS, FRACS
Dr Hugh Bartholomeusz graduated from the University of Queensland in 1976. He undertook further advanced surgical training in plastic surgery at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Royal Brisbane Hospital and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide. He established a private specialist practice in Brisbane and Ipswich in 1985. He is currently Head of the Plastic Surgery Unit at Greenslopes Private Hospital and Chairman of the State Committee of RACS. He represents RACS and ASPS on the Australian Day Surgery Council. Dr Bartholomeusz has served as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force since 1972 and currently holds the rank of Group Captain. He is Chairman of the Consultative Group in Burns, Plastic Surgery and Dermatology and is also the Director of the Air Force Health Reserves (Queensland).


Dr David Campbell MBBS, FRACS
Dr David Campbell graduated from the University of Queensland in 1988 and obtained his FRACS in 1999. Dr Campbell has developed special interests in breast surgery, both cosmetic and reconstructive, including advanced microsurgical reconstructions such as the DIEP flap. He also has an interest in laser surgery including rejuvenation, vascular, resurfacing and new non-ablative technologies, as well as general plastic and reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery, skin cancer and mole management, reconstructive microsurgery and trauma reconstruction. He is the Plastic Surgery representative on the Laser Licensing advisory committee for the Health Department.


Dr Richard Lewandowski MBBS, FRACS
Dr Richard Lewandowski graduated from the University of Queensland in 1981 and obtained his FRACS in 1990. He has a Fellowship Diploma in Craniomaxillofacial Surgery from the Eastern Virginian Graduate School of Medicine, Norfolk Virginia, USA. He is the Founder and Chairman of Operation Smile Australia and the President of the Australasian Society of Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons. He also received a Queensland Great Award in 2004 from the Queensland Government.
